Suspense, joy, tears... the players, spectators and all football fans around the world have just come through a month full of emotions.
During the World Cup, hundreds of thousands of fans came out to support their respective teams. On the official side, a dozen heads of state also attended the event. The event was a resounding success, culminating in the victory of Les Bleus at Moscow's Luzhniki stadium.
Fans went wild all over Paris
Broadcast live on TF1, all the matches played by the French team were followed by fans in Paris. Everywhere in Paris, various events were organized, giant screens were set up, and original decorations took shape. The atmosphere was at its peak at every Les Bleus match.
From the semi-finals onwards, a giant screen was even set up in front of the Hôtel de Ville, where several thousand fans came together to watch the French team's last two matches, and above all, their triumph. Needless to say, the atmosphere was simply boiling.
Private schools set up fan corners
Many Parisian bars and pubs had to temporarily refurbish their premises to accommodate soccer fans. Some even called in professional decorators and event furniture rental companies to make their mark. With crowds on the rise, additional furniture had to be installed.
That's why 126 Events were called in. A number of private establishments in Paris called on the specialist in the sale and rental of exceptional furniture to add cachet to their decor. Among them is the Hôtel Georges V, an address renowned for its luxurious setting, skilfully blending tradition and modernity.
Prestigious furniture in the colors of the French flag
Whether it's the George 5 or other hotel or restaurant establishments, preferences have turned to red, white or blue furniture and accessories. Among the most popular is the golden throne, upholstered in red velvet. This reference was ideal for adding a majestic touch to ephemeral settings.
Club armchairs and club sofas were also hired to create comfortable corners in which to watch the games in peace. These were particularly chosen for their elegant character, but also for their upholstered seat and back.
