Rent a tent: the ideal ally for your outdoor events
Organizing an outdoor event means offering your guests a unique moment, combining nature and conviviality. But to guarantee everyone's comfort, whatever the weather, a reception tent is a must. At 126 Events, we offer a wide selection of elegant and functional tents for rental, perfect for welcoming your guests in the best conditions.
Why choose to hire a tent?
Whether it's for a wedding, an open-air company seminar or a garden party, the reception tent can be adapted to all formats. In addition to protecting your guests from the sun, wind or possible showers, it structures the space and sets the scene for your event. Renting a reception tent is therefore a practical and aesthetic solution to enhance your event without compromising on comfort.
Our tents blend in harmoniously with all types of decor.
We have selected a range of simple, elegant tents that can be dressed up or down to suit the desired ambience: fairy lights, curtains, chic furniture... anything is possible! Whether you are organizing a professional or private event, we can help you create a setting that meets your expectations.
A tent, but not just that: think about the layout!
At 126 Events, the reception tent is accompanied by a wide choice of furniture for hire to create a complete layout:
