Bright red velvet with gold fittings

The red stands out from across the room and guides guests without adding a sign. The velvet keeps a matte, soft look, quite different from a plastic chain. At each end, the gold caps pick up the color of the stanchions. Once the rope is clipped on, the line runs unbroken from one post to the next. This rope is rented on its own to complete a stanchion setup you have already planned. If you line up two gold stanchion sets with red rope, one rope is missing between them to get a continuous line: this one bridges the gap. It is also used to lengthen a queue at a ticket desk, the entrance of a pop-up store or the reception area of a trade show or exhibition. It keeps visitors at a distance from a displayed product or an artwork. At a gala evening or an awards ceremony, it marks the aisle leading to the stage or the step-and-repeat.
