A gray metal sleeve that disappears under the tablecloth
Each riser is a straight gray metal sleeve with a lightly textured finish. You slide the tubular table leg in, then tighten the two knobs by hand. The leg stays locked inside the tube, with no tools needed and no risk of it slipping off its support during service. The black cap at the bottom protects the hardwood floor of a reception hall, the tiles of a showroom or the paving of a terrace. Under a floor-length tablecloth, all four pieces are hidden. Without one, their gray finish stays discreet next to the frame of a folding table.
Turning dinner tables into a buffet
With these risers, the tables used for dinner can then become a dessert buffet or a drinks bar, without renting a second set of furniture. At a cocktail party or a corporate reception, line up several raised rectangular tables to create one long buffet at an even height.
