Fireproof furniture and fire-resistant furniture: a solution that complies with standards for your events
In event planning, safety is an integral part of the project. When an event is organized in a venue open to the public, the use of fire-retardant designer furniture is often required. This is not just a technical choice, but a regulatory requirement in many spaces.
At 126 Events, we offer fireproof furniture rental designed to meet these requirements without compromising the aesthetics of your interior design. The fireproof furniture we select complies with current standards, in particular M1 fire classifications, which designate materials that are difficult to ignite.
The goal is clear: to enable you to design an elegant, structured, and compliant space while ensuring the safety of guests and technical teams.
Why choose fireproof furniture rental for your event?
Opting to rent fireproof tables allows you to meet the requirements of venues and safety commissions.
Trade shows, conferences, seminars, and institutional events often require the use of fire-rated materials.
But beyond the regulatory aspect, fireproof chairs help to make the entire event safer. Fireproof curtains, bars, carpets, sofas, and decorative elements allow you to furnish spaces without creating additional risks.
Renting event furniture also offers great flexibility. Each event has its own configuration, size, and constraints. Renting fireproof furniture allows you to tailor the quantities and items to the project without tying up capital.
Our range of fireproof furniture available for rent
The fireproof furniture rental service offered by 126 Events covers the most common event needs.
We provide fireproof curtains to dress up a stage backdrop or structure a space, fire-resistant carpets to secure walkways, and various textile elements that comply with the fire safety standards required in public buildings.
Each item is chosen for its compliance, but also for its visual appeal. Fireproof furniture should not be seen as an aesthetic constraint. It blends naturally into sober, contemporary, or scenographic environments.
This selection allows you to create reception areas, lounge areas, or fluid visitor routes, while complying with the technical requirements of the venue.
Fireproof furniture for trade shows and seminars
Fireproof furniture is particularly essential at trade shows, conferences, and events attended by large audiences. In these contexts, organizers must provide certificates of compliance and anticipate inspections.
Fireproof furniture rental is also relevant for weddings or private parties held in venues subject to strict regulations. Certain historic buildings, cultural spaces, and exhibition halls require fire-rated materials for all temporary installations.
This presents a twofold challenge: complying with regulations while preserving the visual identity of the event. Our expertise allows us to reconcile these two dimensions without compromise.
Delivery and installation of fireproof furniture in France
Fireproof furniture rental is not limited to product selection. It also includes logistics and installation.
Our teams deliver to Paris, the Île-de-France region, and anywhere in France, depending on the project's needs. Each installation is carried out with precision, taking into account traffic flow, emergency exits, and the site's technical constraints.
We work in coordination with stage managers and technical managers to ensure compliant and secure installation.
This operational rigor is part of 126 Events' DNA.
What accessories are available with fire-retardant furniture?
Renting fireproof event furniture can be complemented by various stage accessories and decorative elements to create a coherent and successful layout.
Depending on the nature of the event, fireproof furniture can be combined with appropriate decorations, staging elements, or specific solutions to dress up a space. Technical curtains, backdrops, standard-compliant carpets, or textile structures can also be added to complete the installation.
For professional receptions and dinners, tableware is also available for hire. Crockery, plates, glasses, and presentation accessories can be selected to ensure overall harmony, even in venues subject to strict regulatory requirements.
Outdoors, some projects also require outdoor furniture that complies with site constraints. We take care to offer solutions adapted to each configuration, whether it is a trade show under a temporary structure or an event organized in an open space.
These accessories and decorative elements go beyond simple technical compliance. They help to structure the space, reinforce the visual identity of the event, and ensure a consistent experience for guests.
